On the third Sunday of Advent 2016, Saint James parishioners gathered to sing hymns, listen to Gospel readings, and socialize in the Cathedral Pavilion on Jay Street.
Beautiful music was provided by our music director Anthony Serrao, cantor Siobhan Sung and * insert other singer's name here *.
Children enjoyed decorating tree-shaped brownies. Some gave the sweets to their parents or carefully wrapped them to take home to siblings.
A highlight was watching Scripture passages translated into ASL by some of our Deaf parishioners and by Father Raphael Munday Kukana.
